Baggage Storage:
Owners and Guests who prefer not to travel with their luggage, packages or boxes may have such items shipped to Club Lespri in advance of their arrival with a storage and handling fee. The fee is $10 per item per day, will be charged directly to the credit card on file for the Owner or Guest.

Refund Policy:
Cancellation received more than 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night lodging. (**60 days holiday time periods). A forfeiture of the entire prepayment is required if cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior to arrival (60 days holiday time periods). No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Security Deposit:
A valid Credit Card and picture ID must be provided upon check-in as a security deposit. Any damages, cleaning costs, theft, faxes and long distance calls during your visit will be applied to the Credit Card on file.

Accommodations:
We reserve the right to change your accommodations with like properties up to, and including, the day of arrival. Every effort will be made to honor your request.

Each unit has been assigned a designated occupancy in which it sleeps. If the number of guests exceeds the designated occupancy, the Credit Card on file will be charged $25/day/additional occupant for the duration of the reservation.

Club Lespri does not carry rollaway beds, or air mattress, in its inventory.

Pets/Non-Smoking: All Club Lespri properties, and those properties in which Club Lespri is the agent upon check-in, are both Pet-Free and Non-Smoking. If evidence is found that animals and/or smokers has been found to in the unit, Lespri will charge the guest $1000 for the deep cleaning and ionization of the unit.

Deposit is due at the time of booking your reservation. A credit card number is required at the time of booking for deposit, unless you have made reservations through a travel agent and not directly through our office.

We accept Master Card, Amex and Visa credit cards.

We do not offer travel insurance. We recommend you purchase insurance through your agent or credit card company so you are protected should you need to cancel.


Cancellation Policies

2009 Summer

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Full payment will be due 24 hours after the time of booking on reservations made within
30 days of arrival.
Cancel 31+ days or more prior to arrival: $50 cancellation fee will be forfeited.
Cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival: All money deposited with us will be forfeited. (NO REFUND).


2009/2010 Ski Season

Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Full payment will be due 24 hours after the time of booking on reservations made within
90 days of arrival.
Cancel 91+ days prior to arrival: $100 per unit processing fee
Cancel 90 days or less prior to arrival: All money deposited with us will be forfeited. (NO REFUND).


Located on the corner of Main Street and Heber Avenue, The Silver Queen Hotel has the ideal location in a world-class ski resort. Our property is small and exclusive, thus last minute cancellations affect us greatly. Please understand we must maintain a firm cancellation policy.


Your reservation is binding, and we do not refund days missed out of the booked reservation due to late arrival or early departure by the guest.

Please note The Silver Queen Hotel is a non-smoking and no pets property. There is a minimum charge of $300 for smoking or pets, additional charges may apply.

Parking: Public parking is available. When fees apply it is the responsibility of the guest.
